Base camp and route selection = Strategy

In base camp, the expedition team acclimatises and evaluates possible routes and timing for the ascent. We explore the different route options and facilitate the team’s decision making. In an economic context this corresponds to developing the market strategy.

Ascent and altitude camp = Implementation

A successful ascent to the peak requires stamina, experience, and flexibility within the team. During this phase, Customer Experts structures the implementation measures and supports and motivates where needed. We orchestrate the experience of your team members and suggest adaptions when necessary.
